Arpita Dhir, who served as the first Design Lead at ADPList. Over the past four years, Arpita has been a cornerstone of our product, design, and community efforts—and someone I’ve had the privilege of working closely with since day one. Arpita joined us in the earliest days of our startup journey, stepping into a role that demanded adaptability and leadership. While her title was Design Lead, her contributions spanned far beyond traditional design—she was instrumental across product strategy, research, AI initiatives, community building, and cross-functional collaboration. Under her leadership, ADPList's mentor network scaled from just 1,000 to 34,000+ globally. One of her standout traits is her relentless commitment to continued improvement. She also co-led major AI product initiatives, including features such as smart summaries and advanced search, ensuring we not only kept up with the market but also led it.
